Length of user blocked data record for file &2 in &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either a length of less than 10 characters or a length greater than 4096 characters was specified on an RJE write operation.
Recovery . . . : Correct the record length and then try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Data from the current WRITE is lost and must be written again to be transmitted.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
