Library device storage slots full

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Library device &5 has no available storage slots to place a cartridge. If all storage slots are not full, then the system attempted to place a cartridge in a position (slot or device) that is already full.
Recovery . . . : Remove a cartridge from library device &5 making a storage slot available and retry the operation. If all slots are not full, then ensure the tape cartridges are correctly loaded. Tape cartridges in RACL (Random Access Cartridge Loaders) devices are loaded properly if the green light indicates loaded cell and ready for use.
