Cannot acquire the program device &4 to file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file has reached the maximum number of program devices that can be acquired at one time.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the program so that it will not acquire too many program devices. Use the Display File Description (DSPFD) command to determine the maximum number of program devices.
-- If the file is an intersystem communications function (ICF) file, increase the number of maximum program devices (MAXPGMDEV parameter) on the Change ICF File (CHGICFF) command.
-- If the file is a display file, increase the number of maximum devices (MAXDEV parameter) on the Change Display File (CHGDSPF) command.
