Quiesce at end of chain signal received.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : On a previous output operation by your program, a quiesce end of chain signal was received from the remote program at &5 to force the secondary logical unit to be quiescent at end of chain.
Recovery . . . : The program can do one of the following:
-- Continue local processing.
-- Complete the sending of the current chain.
-- End the job.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Function ignored
C -- Request canceled. Escape msg CPF5104 is sent.
