RSPCONFIRM function not allowed for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The RSPCONFIRM function has been selected on a transaction that:
-- Was established with a synchronization level of none. For example, SYNLVL(*NONE) was specified on the evoke function.
-- Does not have a confirm request outstanding. For example, the remote program sent the local program data and did not request confirmation.
In either case, RSPCONFIRM is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Omit the RSPCONFIRM request. If your program expects to use confirmation processing, start the transaction with a synchronization level of confirm and verify that the remote program issues confirm at the correct times.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
