Message : CPF4816
Write operation for program device &4 not valid. Session is quiesced.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The controller program has quiesced the Systems Network Architecture (SNA) session by sending a quiesce at end of chain (QEC) command for program device &4 in file &2, library &3. It is not valid to attempt to begin a write operation to start a group of records.
Recovery . . . : The SNA session must be released from the quiesced state before write operations that attempt to start a new group of records (SNA chain) are allowed. The controller program may release the session by sending an SNA release quiesce (RELQ) command. Your program may either wait and try the request again, receive data from the controller program, or end.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
