*ALLOBJ and *SECADM special authority required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user name specified for the user parameter is the currently running user, and *NOPWDCHK or *NOPWDSTS was specified for the password parameter. *NOPWDCHK and *NOPWDSTS are not allowed for the password if the user name is the name of the currently running user and the user does not have *ALLOBJ and *SECADM special authority.
Recovery . . . : Change the user name, change the specified password, or have the security officer give the user profile the required authority.
