Cause . . . . . : User profile &1 has insufficient authority for one of the following reasons:
-- User profile &1 does not have *OBJOPER to his own profile.
-- User profile &1 does not have *READ to one of his group profiles.
Recovery . . . : Have security officer give the proper authority to the user or group profile.
