Value for PASSWORD parameter cannot be *SAME.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the LCLPWDMGT parameter value is changed from *NO to *YES, PASSWORD(*SAME) cannot be specified.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a value for the PASSWORD parameter or specify *SAME or *NO for the LCLPWDMGT parameter and try the command again.
