Program name not valid for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program name supplied with the evoke function starts with a character that is less than X'41' and the conversation type in the CNVTYPE parameter was specified as *SYS for the file.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- For conversation type *SYS, change the program name so that the first character is greater than X'40'.
-- For conversation type *USER, specify CNVTYPE(*USER) for the file.
When the condition has been corrected, try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
