DataLink error on member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A DataLink error occurred on field &10 while attempting to insert, update or delete record number &6, record format &7, member number &8 in member &4 file &2 in library &3 because of error code &9. The error codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The value in the DataLink field does not have a valid format.
2 -- The DataLink File Manager (DLFM) is not properly configured on the server referenced by the value in the DataLink field.
3 -- The link type specified by the value in the DataLink field is not valid.
4 -- The file referenced by the value in the DataLink field does not exist.
5 -- The file referenced by the value in the DataLink field is already linked.
6 -- The file referenced by the value in the DataLink field is not available.
7 -- The length of the comment or URL in the DataLink field is not valid.
8 -- The server referenced by the value in the DataLink field is not available.
9 -- The DataLinks associated with member &4 have a link pending status. A field name of *N is shown for this error code.
10 -- The user is not authorized to link to the file referenced by the value in the DataLink field.
If file &2 is a logical file, the record number refers to the physical file on which file &2 is based. If the record number is zero, the error occurred while a record was being inserted.
For error codes 2 and 8, the server referenced by the value in the DataLink field is: &16
For error codes 4, 5, 6 and 10, the file referenced by the value in the DataLink field is: &17
Recovery . . . : For error codes 1 through 8, and 10, correct the indicated problem and then try your request again.
For error code 9, use the WRKPFDL command to begin reconciling the DataLinks of the member. If the DataLinks are already being reconciled for the member, use the EDTDLFA command to check the progress of this process. The EDTDLFA command can also be used to change the order in which members, with DataLinks currently being reconciled, are processed. After the DataLinks for the member have been reconciled, try your request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The request is canceled.
I -- The request is ignored.
