Failure occurred preparing DataLink transaction.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to prepare a DataLink File Manager transaction for commitment failed because of error code &8. The error codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The DataLink File Manager server is not currently available. The Datalink File Manager transaction was automatically rolled back.
2 -- The DataLink File Manager requested that the transaction be rolled back.
The DataLink File Manager transaction, which involved one or more files in library &3, was being prepared for at least one of the following reasons:
-- During the commitment cycle, at least one database insert, update or delete operation affected the value of a File Link Control DataLink field. Such insert, update and delete operations are always performed under commitment control.
-- During the commitment cycle, a database file was changed to remove a File Link Control DataLink field, or a database file containing at least one File Link Control DataLink field was deleted.
The DataLink File Manager server is: &16
Recovery . . . : If the server is not currently available, wait until it becomes available. Retry the operations that were rolled back.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The request is canceled.
I -- The request is ignored.
