Unique access path problems prevent updates to member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The unique keyed access path of member &8 file &6 in library &7 cannot be maintained. Therefore, the records of member number &9 in member &4 file &2 in library &3 cannot be changed. If member &4 from file &2 has just been restored, then the system will prevent any changes from being made to the data in member &4 until the uniquely keyed access path is rebuilt.
Recovery . . . : Specify the OPTION(*INP) and the ACCPTH(*FILE) parameters on the OPNDBF command to open member &8 file &6 in library &7. If it cannot be opened, there is no recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The request is canceled.
I -- The request is ignored.
