Transaction for file &2 in library &3 for device &4 is not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the transaction was ended by a detach or it was never started.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- If this is a source program, either the transaction was never started using the evoke function or it was ended by a detach either being sent or received. To start a transaction, use an evoke function. Correct the program logic and then try the request again.
-- If this is a target program, no operations are valid once the transaction has been ended with a detach either being sent or received. Correct the program logic and then have the remote system send the program start request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
