Operation not allowed for file &2 in library &3 for device &4 while transaction is active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operation was issued that is not allowed while the transaction is still active.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- The operation just issued is only valid after a detach has been sent or received to end the transaction. Correct the program logic and then try the request again.
-- If this is a target program, an evoke function is not valid. Correct the program logic and have the remote system send the program start request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
