Change end of data operation failed.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : Change end of data operation failed for member &4 file &2 in library &3 for reason code &6. Reason codes are as follows:
1 - The file is a logical file, query file, or a distributed file.
2 - The file does not allow the delete operation.
3 - The file has a *DELETE trigger.
Recovery . . . : If the change end of data operation failed for the following reason code:
1 - Use the Override Database File (OVRDBF) command to change the file name to the name of a physical file and try the request again.
2 - Specify a file that has been created to allow the delete operation and try the operation again. The delete operation is allowed by specifying the *YES value for the ALWDLT parameter on the Create Physical File (CRTPF) command.
3 - Specify a file that does not have *DELETE triggers or use the RMVPFTRG command to remove the *DELETE trigger.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Message CPF5113 is sent when the change end of data operation fails because of a problem with the file that was specified for the operation. The change end of data operation can only be performed on a physical file. If the operation was issued in an application program, check the application program to ensure that the file specifications are correct.
