Change end of data operation failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Change end of data operation failed for member &4 file &2 in library &3, because either record locks exist after the last record to be kept or the file has been opened more than once in the same job.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that no record locks exist after the last record to be kept. Use the Display Record Locks (DSPRCDLCK) command to determine if record locks exist for the file specified for the change end of data operation. Ensure that the file has been opened only once when attempting the change end of data operation. Shared open files do not cause this message to be sent.
