Message : CPF5139
Change end of data operation failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Change end of data operation failed for member &4 file &2 in library &3 for reason &6. Reason codes are as follows:
1 - The file is a keyed physical file that has been opened for keyed sequence processing.
2 - The file has been opened to process all of the members in the file.
3 - The file has been opened for commitment control.
Recovery . . . : If the change end of data operation failed for reason code:
1 - Use the Open Database File (OPNDBF) command to open the file with the ACCPTH parameter specified as *ARRIVAL and then use the Override Database File (OVRDBF) command with SHARE parameter specified as *YES and try the operation again.
2 - Use the OVRDBF command to specify a single member name, the *FIRST value or the *LAST value on the MBR parameter and try the operation again. Or use the Delete Override (DLTOVR) command to remove the *ALL value override on the MBR parameter. and try the operation again. To display the overrides currently applied to the file, use the Display Overrides (DSPOVR) command.
3 - Ensure the file is not opened under commitment control and try the operation again. Specify the *NO value for the COMMIT parameter on the open operation to ensure that the file is not opened under commitment control.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Message CPF5139 is sent whenever the change end of data operation fails, because of a problem with how the specified file was opened.
