Relative get not allowed for member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The get relative to current position operation, option &6, is not allowed on member &4 file &2 in library &3 because file &2 was either opened or overridden with the SEQONLY(*YES) parameter specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify the SEQONLY(*NO) parameter on the OVRDBF command and try your request again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
