Cause . . . . . : Record format &6 was used more than once in member &4 file &2 in library &3.
Recovery . . . : Specify a member number for each use of the format in the program. Then try your request again. If the language you are using to process the multiple format logical file does not allow you to specify a member number, then change the logical file so that a unique format name is given for each of the depended on physical file members. You will then need to specify a format name on each I/O operation. If your application does not allow you to specify a format name, then you will need to use a format selector program to identify the format name. For more information about creating and using multiple format logical files, see the Programming: Database Guide, SC41-9659.
