Cause . . . . . : A get next or previous operation was attempted on member &4 file &2 in library &3, and the no position option was requested. However, one of the following is also true:
1 -- the file was opened with the MBR(*ALL) parameter specified, and this operation would have moved to the next or previous member. The no position option is not allowed when moving to the next or previous member.
2 -- the open is a query of a DB Multisystem file. In order for the database to decide which record should be returned on this get, the database requires that the get operation be one for position. The no position option is not allowed for this query.
Recovery . . . : Change the position option to normal positioning and try your request again.
