Operation not allowed on member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There was an attempt to do either an input or output operation on member &4 file &2 in library &3. However, the operation was not allowed because of reason code &6. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- A read operation was attempted on a member that does not allow the read operation.
2 -- A put deleted records operation was attempted on a member that does not allow both the output operation and the delete operation.
Display the file attributes for member &4 to see which input and output operations are allowed (DSPFD command).
