Cannot send message to message queue &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 in library &2 specified in the device description for device &3 cannot be accessed by job &7/&6/&5.
Recovery . . . : To obtain more information, refer to message &4 in the job log for a description of error. Verify the device for possible hardware errors and ensure that the device is ready. Use the CHGDEVPRT, the CRTMSGQ, or the GRTOBJAUT command, as necessary, to change the device description, to create a message queue, or to grant object authority to correct the problem. Then try the job again.
