Incorrect block count in labels for file sequence number &21.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : On volume &6 device &4, file &2 in &3 was being processed when the error occurred. The data file labels indicate &22 blocks on the tape, but &9 blocks were read from the volume. The data read may be incorrect.
Recovery . . . : Specify REELS(*BLP) on the OVRTAPF command, and try the request again.
