Cause . . . . . : The operation being performed on member &4 file &2 in library &3 failed. The referential constraints defined for file &6 in library &7 are damaged.
Recovery . . . : Use the RMVPFCST command to remove all constraints and use the ADDPFCST command to add them to the file again.
