TERM-SELF command received for program device &4 in file &2, library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A Systems Network Architecture (SNA) TERM-SELF command was received while either attempting to establish a communications session with the remote controller, or performing an I/O operation with the remote controller.
Recovery . . . : If the communications session has been established, end the session. Then start a communications session. Otherwise, try the request again when the remote controller is available.
