Get option list not valid for member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The get option list for member &4 file &2 in library &3 is not valid because the list must specify the following options for a file that was opened with the SEQONLY(*YES) parameter specified:
-- Read only.
-- Data.
-- Next, previous, same, first or last.
-- Skip deleted records.
-- Normal or prior positioning.
If prior positioning was requested, all records in the blocked get record buffer must have been retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Specify the SEQONLY(*NO) parameter on the OVRDBF command and try your request again.
