Superscript or subscript not valid for file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either a column number was specified that is not valid or a length was specified for superscript or subscript fields that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Correct the program and then try the job again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The problem was caused by one of the following:
-- The starting column number plus the length of the superscript or the subscript field is greater than the buffer length.
-- The length of the superscript or the subscript field is greater than 255 or less than 1.
-- The column numbers for the subscript or superscript were not in ascending numerical order.
