Write issued to file &2 in &3 when read required.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote system sent data as a response to the previous write operation.
Recovery . . . : A read operation must be used to receive the data.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape msg CPF5104 is sent.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Conversational replies can be determined by checking the major/minor return code for 0009.
