Not authorized to output queue for device &6.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not have the correct authority to output queue &6 in library &7, which is used for spooling output to device &6.
Recovery . . . : Obtain the correct authority for the output queue or the library from the security officer or owner and try your request again. To put a file on an output queue, you must have *READ authority to the library that contains the queue and one or more of the following:
-- *READ authority to the output queue.
-- Spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)).
-- Job control authority (SPCAUT(*JOBCTL)) and the output queue must be operator controllable (OPRCTL(*YES)).
