Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while processing file &2 in library &3. Conditions that can cause this error include:
-- Diskette changed during processing.
-- Diskette device door was opened and closed during processing.
-- Hardware error.
Recovery . . . : Insert the diskette and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Operator removed the diskette while the file was being processed, or there is hardware error. Error Log ID &22.
