Media error on volume &8 on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A tape media error occurred while processing file &2 in library &3. If tape device &4 is a virtual tape device then the mounted virtual volume contains data that is not valid.
Recovery . . . : For a physical tape device clean the tape path and heads. Then try again.
-- If the error continues to occur during output operation, load another volume and try again.
-- If the error occurs during an input operation, try using another device.
-- If the error persists, use another volume and create the input files again.
For a virtual tape device create the input files again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The tape may contain data written in a density the device does not support. Error Log ID &22.
