Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- The signal cable is disconnected.
-- The device lost power.
-- There is a device error.
Recovery . . . : Ensure the device is operational and try the request again. If the problem continues, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
