Record length exceeds block length of file &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The largest record format exceeds the block length for communication files. For binary synchronous communications (BSC), the smallest record format exceeds the block length.
Recovery . . . : Close the file. Correct the record length or the file block length and then try the request again. For communication files, either remove all record formats that are greater than the block size, or specify a block size that is equal to or greater than the largest record format. For BSC, define a record format that does not exceed the block size, or specify a block length that is greater than the shortest record format in the file.
