Record identification processing is not valid for file &2 in &3 on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Record format selection of record identifier cannot be used on this file because the RECID DDS keyword is not used on any of the record formats in the file.
Recovery . . . : Change the record Format Selection (FMTSLT parameter) to select formats by another means or use a file that has RECID DDS keywords specified for the record formats. Then try the request again.
