Error recovery not done for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A target program attempted to acquire the requesting program device. However, the requesting program device had encountered a previous error. The error cannot be recovered from by releasing the program device and then acquiring it again. The requesting program device was not acquired.
Recovery . . . : End the job and have the remote system send the program start request again.
