FMTSLT(*RMTFMT) not valid for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The format select (FMTSLT) parameter with the *RMTFMT value specified is not allowed when the conversation type (CNVTYPE) parameter is specified with the *USER value.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- If the program requires the conversation type *USER, specify the format select parameter as either *PGM or *RECID.
-- If the program requires the format select parameter to be *RMTFMT, specify the conversation type parameter as *SYS.
Correct the errors and try the request again.
