Device &1 not passed because job has no *EXCLRD lock.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to pass a device that the job does not have a lock on.
Recovery . . . : Get a *EXCLRD lock with the ALCOBJ command or a lock exclusive allow read (LEAR) lock using the MI lock instruction to the job passing device, and then try the request again.
