Call from controller &1 was not accepted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Controller &1 called the local system on line &2, however:
-- There is no application program waiting to communicate with a device on the controller.
-- There are no device descriptions associated with the controller that are varied on.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Start an application program that uses a device on controller &1.
-- If the sign-on display is supposed to appear at a device on the controller and does not, use the Display Subsystem Description (DSPSBSD) command to determine which subsystem controls either the specific device or the device type. Either add a workstation entry (ADDWSE command) to an existing subsystem description or create a new subsystem description using the Create Subsystem Description (CRTSBSD) command.
-- If the controller type is finance or remote work station, use the Allocate Object (ALCOBJ) command to allocate a device description associated with the controller.
Have the remote operator place the call again.
If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
