Recovery not resumed for device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &1 has not had recovery ended with the ENDDEVRCY command or canceled with the RCYCNL status on the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) display. The device is not in a valid state to resume recovery.
Recovery . . . : Specify a device in a valid state and try the request again.
