Recovery not resumed for device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attached controller or line is in recovery pending (RCYPND) or recovery cancel (RCYCNL) status.
Recovery . . . : Error recovery must be performed on the attached controller or line.
If the controller or line has failed, use the DSPMSG command to check the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue for possible error recovery messages.
If recovery has been canceled, resume recovery for the controller by using the Resume Controller Recovery (RSMCTLRCY) command or for the line by using the Resume Line Recovery (RSMLINRCY) command. Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine the attached controller and line.
