Recovery not resumed for controller &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attached line is in RCYPND or RCYCNL status.
Recovery . . . : Error recovery must be performed on the attached line. If the line has failed, use the DSPMSG command to check the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue for possible error recovery messages. If recovery has been canceled, use the RSMLINRCY command to resume recovery on the line. Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine the attached line.
