Session maximum not changed. Command &6 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session maximum was not changed for mode &1, remote location &3, device &2, local location &7, remote network identifier &8. A request to change the session maximum could not be sent to the remote system. Either local location &7 is not configured in the system at remote location &3, or remote location &3 is configured as a single session location. The local session maximum is now &4.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Log (DSPLOG) command to see message &5 on the QHST message log for more information about the error. Contact the remote system operator and verify that remote location &3 is configured as a parallel session location. Then, try the request again.
