Session maximum not changed. Command &4 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session maximum was not changed for mode &1, remote location &5, device &2, local location &6, remote network identifier &7, because either the line or the controller or the device failed during command processing. The local session maximum is now &3.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again when the link has been recovered.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A link failure occurred while the change number of sessions request was being sent to the far end or the reply was being received.
