Cannot remove requested observability from object &1 type *&3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to remove observability from object &1 type *&3 in library &2. This attempt failed with reason code &4. The reason codes are:
-- 1: An attempt was made to remove *CRTDTA or *ALL observability from an object that has a target release prior to V5R1M0.
-- 2: An attempt was made to remove *CRTDTA or *ALL observability from an object that contains one or more bound modules with a target release prior to V5R1M0.
-- 3: An attempt was made to remove observability from an object that is not in the format required by the machine.
Recovery . . . : The recovery for each reason code is as follows:
-- 1: Re-create the object specifying a target release of V5R1M0 or later.
-- 2: Re-create the object with modules that have a target release of V5R1M0 or later.
-- 3: Convert the object to the format required by the machine. See the STROBJCVN command.
Then, try the command again.
