Request for system table failed. Reason code &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal error occurred while retrieving a system table for device type &1 and keyboard language type &2 or for manufacturer type and model &6. This may be a condition for which you should create an authorized program analysis report (APAR).
The reason code is one of the following:
-- 0101 - System mapping table generation failed.
-- 0102 - The system mapping table name &3 for device type &1 and language type &2 is not found.
-- 0103 - The device type &1 or language type &2 is not valid.
-- 0104 - Unknown table was retrieved.
-- 0105 - Existing object not found.
-- 0106 - File &5 not found in library list (*LIBL).
-- 0107 - Error occurred while processing file &5.
-- 0108 - Record length of file &5 is less than 92.
-- 0109 - The manufacturer type and model &6 is not valid.
-- 0110 - *WSCST object not found.
-- 0111 - *A UTF-8(CCSID 1208) source physical file is required for *CTXFORM

-- 0201 - Unknown printer definition table command found.
-- 0202 - Device class in *WSCST object is not *TRANSFORM.
-- 0203 - Not authorized to object.
-- 0204 - Unable to allocate object.
-- 0205 - The object is damaged.
-- 0206 - Device class in *WSCST object is not *CTXFORM.

-- 0301 - Table entry error found.
Recovery . . . :
If it is a user error, correct the problem and try again. If it is a system error, contact your service representative to assist you in collecting the information you need to create an APAR and send the information to IBM.
