Cause . . . . . : A UTF-8 source physical file must be used to create a *CTXFORM WSCST object.
Recovery . . . : Specify 1208 on the CCSID parameter of the CRTSRCPF command to create a source file that can be used to retrieve and create *WSCST objects of this class.
