Translation session handle parameter value not valid.

Cause . . . . . : The handle specified for the translation session does not refer to an open translation session. When a translation session is opened via a QD0STRTS call a handle is assigned to that session. The handle becomes invalid when the translation session is ended via a call to QD0ENDTS using the session handle or when the job ends. The handle specified by the user does not refer to a translation session that has been started and not yet ended.
Recovery . . . : Change the translation session handle to a handle that belongs to an open translation session and try the request again.
