Cause . . . . . : The return code field of the to buffer parameter indicates an error condition. The return code value is &1.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problems in the data stream and try the request again. For more information on the formatted buffer error codes, see the SNA Upline Facility Programming book, SC41-5446.
