Message : CPF5E15
Time-out occurred. Exchange log names did not complete for device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The exchange log names did not complete within the job default wait time. This can occur for the following reasons:
-- The LU resynchronization job (QLUR) is busy and could not complete the exchange log names within the job default wait time.
-- The LU resynchronization job (QLUR) was unable to acquire the program device in the maximum file wait time specified in ICF file &2.
-- For CPI-Communications conversations, return control CM_IMMEDIATE was requested.
The conversation with identifier &3 has been ended. The conversation identifier corresponds to the ICF program device or the CPI-Communications conversation identifier.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. The job default wait time can be increased (CHGJOB command) to allow more time for the exchange log names to complete. For ICF, the WAITFILE parameter can be changed (CHGICFF command) to allow the LU resynchronization job (QLUR) more time to acquire a session. For CPI-Communications conversations, specify CM_WHEN_SESSION_ALLOCATED for return control. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Exchange log names and resynchronization processing are done in the LU resynchronization job (QLUR). High usage of either of these processes can cause temporary delays for services from the QLUR job.
